Oscar Wilde, 1854 – 1900

Oscar Fingal O’Flahertie Wills Wilde was an Irish writer, playwright, journalist, and poet. He is most famous for his only novel, The Picture of Dorian Gray, his play, The Importance of Being Earnest and unfortunately for the trials and imprisonment for homosexuality.
